Special Event

Our program begins at 5 p.m. and runs until all pets have been blessed. If your pet can't make it or has transitioned to pet heaven, bring a picture or memento for us to share and acknowledge! Look for us on the east slope of the lake across from St. Paul's Commons, just north of the cafe/swan boat rental facility. Hosted by the congregations of St. Paul's Commons: St. Athanasius and Holy Spirit Community.

The first Echo Park Earth Fest is happening April 27th from 1 p.m. to 7 p.m. at Echo Park Lake, with FREE entertainment and activities for sustainability stewards of all ages. This is a waste-free event! Invite your family, friends, and neighbors to enjoy Los Angeles' most iconic park and stunning spring weather, while giving back to the planet we all love. Giveaways, demonstrations, activities, helpful information, guided nature tours, food trucks. Special entertainment 5:30 - 7 p.m. -- La Sonora with Vilma Diaz Cumbia Band. St. Paul's Commons and the Episcopal Diocese of Los Angeles will have a table at the 2024 Lotus Festival July 13-14 at Echo Park Lake. We need volunteers to join the fun and staff the table in 1 hour shifts. Table staffers will be sharing information and distributing materials from various organizations in the St. Paul's Commons community.  Shifts are available from 12PM to 9PM on Saturday, July 13 and from 12PM to 8PM on Sunday.
